Corrections to pricing data get priority — a stale rate is worse than no rate.

Report a wrong price

The most useful correction includes the model, the rate you believe is current, and a link to the provider's own pricing page showing it. We verify every correction against the primary source before changing anything, so a link makes it fast. Corrections are checked and answered within two business days; when a rate does change, the fix ships with a new verification date on every page that quotes it.

Requesting a model

We track 55 text models across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI and DeepSeek. If a model you use is missing and has a published per-token price, tell us and we will add it. We do not add models whose pricing is not public, and we do not add providers we cannot re-verify weekly.

Using the data

The full price set is available as JSON at https://aiarticlepricer.com/api/models — no key, no rate limit, no tracking. The data is licensed CC BY 4.0: free to use for anything, including commercially, as long as the attribution — a link back to AI Article Pricer — stays with it. That is the same condition the embeddable cost chart carries, and the only one.

Press and research

Quoting a figure in an article or a paper? Everything on this site is citable under the licence above, and the methodology documents exactly how each number is produced. If you need something the site does not show — a historical rate, a custom cut of the data, or a comment on a price change — email us with press in the subject line and we will come back within two business days.
